Weight Loss Articles:
Here’s something most people do not know.
Weight loss is not just good for your self esteem and a way to look better, by losing weight by taking fat blockers you will greatly improve your health.
Most people in the world today think of weight as solely and completely cosmetic and do not take into consideration that they are improving their health significantly.
Let’s take a look at the relationship between weight and health and the changes your body goes through when weight is lost.
When you eat, your body will use the food for energy so you can go about your daily lives. The problem exists, however, when your body does not use all of that energy and any calorific value that is left over is stored as fat in your body.
The excess calories being stored as fat begin to make you gain weight and as you store fat around your body and vital organs. This can be a hazard when we need to sustain a long period of moving around.
Pure and simple, the fat gets in the way. You need a fat blocker.
Before your weight loss you were not healthy and your health was getting worse with every pound you put on. Your joints began to ache because of the extra strain put upon them.
When you are overweight even the most common movement can cause you to gasp for air, such as a gentle stroll in the park or walk around the shops. Because of the extra weight you are carrying and the lack of oxygen, your body is not in good shape.
The extra weight you are carrying around is bad for your heart and arteries. Aside from the fast food that brings with it high levels of bad cholesterol, having to pump the blood much further distances puts undue strain on the heart muscle. This condition can also cause high blood pressure, which in turn can put you at a greater risk of heart attack.
If you are overweight you do not need anyone to tell you that your body would benefit greatly from a sound diet coupled together with an effective fitness program. A slow weight loss at a steady rate is much better for your body than a crash diet. In addition to that, weight that is lost at a slow, steady rate is much less likely to return than with a fast, unhealthy crash diet. This is one case where faster is not better.
After the loss of weight because of taking fat blockers, the body is in much better physical shape.
Your blood pressure and cholesterol both will drop to normal levels, and tolerance to physical exertion is much higher. Running is no longer a laborious task and you do not sweat at the slightest of moves.
You will feel a rise in your energy level and that can transfer into feelings of optimism and self confidence. You and your body are just in much better shape once you get back to a healthy weight.
The Conclusion
So there you have it, the shape your body is in when you are overweight has negative effects on your overall health both physically and mentally. Compared to when you are at a healthy weight.
You may want to lose weight for self confidence and self esteem, but your body will thank you with lower cholesterol.
I am certainly not implying that you must lose weight to feel better, but am explaining how I felt when I began to take fat blockers and the great health benefits which went along with that.
However you need to be very carefully when deciding to lose weight. My advice is always to double check everything and remember weight that is lost slowly over time is a healthier weight loss method and more sustainable.
